Qualifications

• 4 years of GIS, cartography, or related field experience.
• 4 years in UI development, menus, and spatial analyses per customer specs.
• AGOL and Portal experience required.
• SQL with complex scripts and spatial DB management.
• Proficient in C#.NET, VB.NET, ASP.NET, XML, HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
• Knowledge of ADA compliance and accessibility guidelines.
• Foreign degrees accepted if evaluated as equivalent to a US bachelor's.

Responsibilities

• Support multiple GIS applications for EGLE, DNR, and related teams.
• Collaborate with PMs to meet milestones and deadlines.
• Develop and maintain web, client/server, or mobile GIS solutions.
• Provide testing plans and ensure product quality for client expectations.
