Job summary

Lotus Learning Group LLC in Scotch Plains, NJ seeks Spanish Language Support Staff to translate and explain text and class assignments for students in a small-group setting. Approximately 5.5 hours per day, Monday to Friday, 8:30am-2:00pm.

The role offers competitive hourly pay, starting at $21-$23 per hour, with fingerprint clearance required if hired. NJ Sick hours and RetireReadyNJ option are provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; some college preferred.
• Experience translating for youth and education setting is a plus.
• Experience with at-risk or special needs students is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Translate and explain text and class assignments for students.
• Assist students with English spelling, grammar and sentence structure.
• Work one-on-one or in small groups during class sessions.

The Spanish Language Support Staff Needed to work one on one or in a small group with students in a non-traditional class setting. Translate and explain text, concepts and class assignments as well as assist student with English spelling, grammar and sentence structure as needed, approximately 5.5 hours per day, M-F, 8:30am-2:00pm

Competitive hourly rates starting from $21-$23 depending on experience. Must be fingerprinted/cleared if hired.
