Works under general supervision of Manager Language Services Department. As a language Interpreter II, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our Spanish-speaking patients and their families fully understand their care, feel heard, and are empowered to make informed decision about their health. In this role, you will provide accurate, culturally sensitive interpretation between English and Spanish in a variety of clinical and non-clinical settings, supporting physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals. You will help bridge language and cultural gaps, ensuring that every patient receives equitable, respectful, and high-quality care.

During training, your scheduled shift will be 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m. Training typically lasts approximately two weeks; however, an additional one to two weeks of training may be provided on a case-by-case basis.
Following training, your regular shift will be determined by the hiring leader based on business needs. Candidates should be prepared to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends, as needed. Employees must be available to work a minimum of three 8-hour shifts per week.
