Job summary

NSA's Linguists, known as Multidisciplined Language Analysts (MDLAs), are tasked with analyzing, transcribing, and translating key foreign language materials to support SIGINT. LADP offers intensive training and 4–5 operational tours across offices, with potential direct hire into analytic missions.

Qualifications

• Minimum language proficiency of ILR level 2/2 in reading and listening for the target language.
• At least one year of relevant experience in language work or related analytic fields.
• Entry/Developmental, Full Performance, or Senior levels require increasing years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Engage with partners, enablers, and customers across the IC to support SIGINT analysis.
• Analyze, transcribe, and translate foreign language materials within SIGINT.
• Participate in the Language Analysis Development Program or direct hire into analytic roles.
• Demonstrate leadership or mentoring experience as required for senior levels.
