Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in K-12 Education.
• Certification in special education, reading, and/or learning disabilities preferred.
• Formal training in multisensory, structured language education (IMSE, ALTA, IMSLEC) or Orton-Gillingham pathways; consideration for OG Classroom Educator certification.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with students who have learning differences; follow a documented skills sequence.
• Write initial/end-of-year assessments and monthly progress reports.
• Create accommodation profiles and support teachers and parents.
