Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking a Lane Server in Goleta, CA to provide outstanding guest service in a fast-paced entertainment center. You will take and deliver food and beverage orders, learn menus and promos, and relay them to guests as part of a team-focused environment.

Two years of related experience and strong interpersonal skills are required, along with a commitment to excellent guest service and the legal age to serve alcohol.

Responsibilities

• Take, deliver, and close out food and beverage orders.
• Learn our menu, promotions, and specials and relay them to our guests.
• Check back with guests routinely.
• Assist guests with all questions, requests, and issue resolution.
• Help keep the center clean.
• Set up, stock, and organize your assigned work area.
• Recommend/upsell the center experience.
