Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment in Chesapeake, VA is hiring part-time Lane Servers to deliver exceptional guest service in a lively entertainment center. You will take, deliver and close out orders, learn the menu, upsell experiences and help keep the area clean while assisting guests with any questions.

Applicants must be at least 18, and have 2 years related experience with interpersonal skills and a commitment to great service. The pay is $10.00/hour plus tips, plus benefits available.

Qualifications

• 2 Years of related experience.
• HS Diploma (Optional).
• Exceptional interpersonal skills.
• A commitment to great guest service.
• Must meet the minimum age required by state law to serve alcohol.

Responsibilities

• Take, deliver, and close out food and beverage orders.
• Learn our menu, promotions, and specials and relay them to our guests.
• Check back with guests routinely.
• Assist guests with all questions, requests, and issue resolution.
• Help keep the center clean.
• Set up, stock, and organize your assigned work area.
• Recommend/upsell the center experience.
