Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment is looking for a Lane Server to join their team in Charlotte, North Carolina. The position is part-time and involves providing exceptional service to guests while taking and delivering food and beverage orders. Successful candidates will have outstanding interpersonal skills and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2 Years of related experience.
• Must meet the minimum age required by state law to serve alcohol.

Responsibilities

• Take, deliver, and close out food and beverage orders.
• Learn the menu, promotions, and specials, and relay them to guests.
• Check back with guests routinely.
• Assist guests with all questions, requests, and issue resolution.
• Help keep the center clean.
• Set up, stock, and organize your assigned work area.
• Recommend/upsell the center experience.
