Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment in Akron, OH is seeking a Lane Server to join our vibrant team. As a world-class ambassador, you will greet guests, take and deliver orders, learn the menu, promotions, and upsell the center experience.

This part-time role requires 2 years of related experience, an optional HS diploma, strong interpersonal skills, and a commitment to outstanding guest service. Evening and night shifts are available, with a walk-in friendly environment.

Qualifications

• A commitment to great guest service.
• Must meet the minimum age required by state law to serve alcohol.

Responsibilities

• Take, deliver, and close out food and beverage orders.
• Learn our menu, promotions, and specials and relay them to our guests.
• Check back with guests routinely.
• Assist guests with questions, requests, and issue resolution.
• Help keep the center clean.
• Set up, stock, and organize your assigned work area.
• Recommend/upsell the center experience.
