Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment, formerly Bowlero Corp, is seeking a part-time Lane Server to join our vibrant entertainment centers. You will greet guests, take and deliver orders, and provide the friendly service that keeps guests returning. If you’re team-oriented with exceptional guest service, you’ll thrive here.

Qualifications

• 2 Years of related experience.
• HS Diploma (Optional).
• Exceptional interpersonal skills.
• A commitment to great guest service.
• Must meet the minimum age required by state law to serve alcohol.

Responsibilities

• Take, deliver, and close out food and beverage orders.
• Learn our menu, promotions, and specials and relay them to our guests.
• Check back with guests routinely.
• Assist guests with questions, requests, and issue resolution.
• Help keep the center clean and organized.
• Set up, stock, and organize your assigned work area.
• Recommend/upsell the center experience.
