Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment in Oxnard is seeking a Lane Server to warmly welcome guests and manage food and beverage orders, while becoming versed in our menu, promotions, and specials. You will check back with guests, resolve questions, and help maintain a clean center, while setting up your work area and upselling the center experience.

Ideal candidates are team‑oriented with outstanding guest service, possess 3 years of related experience if possible, and be available on weekends.

Qualifications

• 3 Years of related experience required.
• Weekend availability required.
• HS Diploma (Optional).
• Exceptional interpersonal skills.
• A commitment to great guest service.
• Must meet the minimum age required by state law to serve alcohol.

Responsibilities

• Take, deliver, and close out food and beverage orders.
• Learn our menu, promotions, and specials and relay them to our guests.
• Check back with guests routinely.
• Assist guests with all questions, requests, and issue resolution.
• Help keep the center clean.
• Set up, stock, and organize your assigned work area.

Our Lane Servers are world-class ambassadors of our entertainment centers. They interact with our guests, serve them the awesome eats of our signature menus, and provide them with the kind of exceptional service that has them returning again and again. If you're team-oriented and great with people, you'll be perfect for this role.

A LANE SERVER'S DAY-TO-DAY

• Take, deliver, and close out food and beverage orders


• Learn our menu, promotions, and specials and relay them to our guests

The pay rate for this position is $16.90 / hr.
