Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment in Mechanicsville, VA is seeking a part-time Lane Server to greet guests, take and deliver food and beverage orders, and provide exceptional service in a fast-paced entertainment environment.

You will learn the menu and promotions, check back with guests, assist with questions and requests, keep areas clean, stock your workstation, and upsell the center experience. Must be 18+ and able to work evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• 2 years of related experience.
• HS Diploma (Optional).
• Exceptional interpersonal skills.
• A commitment to great guest service.
• Must meet the minimum age required by state law to serve alcohol.

Responsibilities

• Take, deliver, and close out food and beverage orders.
• Learn the menu, promotions, and specials and relay them to guests.
• Check back with guests routinely.
• Assist guests with all questions, requests, and issue resolution.
• Help keep the center clean.
• Set up, stock, and organize your assigned work area.
• Recommend/upsell the center experience.

Our Lane Servers are world-class ambassadors of our entertainment centers. They interact with our guests, serve them the awesome eats of our signature menus, and provide them with the kind of exceptional service that has them returning again and again. A LANE SERVER’S DAY-TO-DAY

• Take, deliver, and close out food and beverage orders


• Learn our menu, promotions, and specials and relay them to our guests

The pay rate for this position is $10.00/hour + tips.
