Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment is hiring a Lane Server to greet guests, take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure a memorable experience in a vibrant bowling and entertainment environment.

You'll learn the menu, promotions, and center offerings, check back with guests, and upsell experiences while keeping areas clean and organized. Must be 18+ and able to meet state alcohol service requirements; prior hospitality experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in hospitality or service roles is preferred.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and guest-service mindset.
• Must be 18+ years old and able to meet state alcohol-service requirements.

Responsibilities

• Take, deliver, and close out food and beverage orders.
• Learn menu, promotions, and specials; relay to guests.
• Check back with guests and handle requests or issues.
• Assist guests with questions and provide service excellence.
• Keep the center clean and organized; manage work area setup.
• Recommend/upsell the center experience.

What Our Lane Servers Do

Our Lane Servers are world-class ambassadors of our entertainment centers. They interact with our guests, serve them the awesome eats of our signature menus, and provide them with the kind of exceptional service that has them returning again and again. If you're team-oriented and great with people, you'll be perfect for this role.

A LANE SERVER'S DAY-TO-DAY

• Take, deliver, and close out food and beverage orders


• Learn our menu, promotions, and specials and relay them to our guests


• Check back with guests routinely


• Assist guests with all questions, requests, and issue resolution


• Help keep the center clean


• Set up, stock, and organize your assigned work area


• Recommend/upsell the center experience

What It Takes
