Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment in Cupertino, CA is looking for a Lane Server to deliver food and drinks and guide guests through our signature menu in a fast-paced entertainment setting. You will provide exceptional service and help guests have a great experience.

As a Lane Server, you will learn promotions, upsell center experiences, keep your area clean, and work with a friendly team to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction. This role offers competitive perks and a vibrant workplace.

Qualifications

• 2 Years of related experience.
• HS Diploma (Optional).
• Exceptional interpersonal skills.
• A commitment to great guest service.
• Must meet the minimum age required by state law to serve alcohol.

Responsibilities

• Take, deliver, and close out food and beverage orders.
• Learn our menu, promotions, and specials and relay them to our guests.
• Check back with guests routinely.
• Assist guests with all questions, requests, and issue resolution.
• Help keep the center clean.
• Set up, stock, and organize your assigned work area.
• Recommend/upsell the center experience.

The pay range for this position is $18.70 - $19.00.

Our Lane Servers are world-class ambassadors of our entertainment centers. They interact with our guests, serve them the awesome eats of our signature menus, and provide them with the kind of exceptional service that has them returning again and again. A LANE SERVER’S DAY-TO-DAY
