Job summary

Brunswick Bowling Products in Muskegon, MI is seeking a Lane Care Product Manager to lead the Lane Care line from concept through the product life cycle, including design, testing, product information, technical support, and market analysis.

The role collaborates with the Center Supplies Product Managers to support the pinsetter parts business, and assists in sales, marketing plans, and training of the lane care and center supplies parts product lines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent industry experience.
• Experience in product management and bowling center operations preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate Lane Care lines, plan offerings, and justify product definitions.
• Manage product development and introduction, including testing lane conditioners.
• Serve as spokesperson for Lane Care with sales/marketing, and develop marketing materials.
• Coordinate with Aftermarket/Compliance to keep products up to date with SDS and global requirements.
• Inform customers of product/price changes and support multi-department teams.
• Assist in lane maintenance seminars and training.
