Job summary

Medxcel in Murfreesboro, TN is seeking a dedicated landscaping professional to join our Facilities team. You will perform routine lawn care, manage seasonal cleanups, and support site maintenance for our hospital campus.

The role requires landscaping experience, a valid State Driver’s License, and the ability to read and write English. We offer a full-time day shift, benefits, and opportunities for growth within a healthcare facilities environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in the landscaping field.
• State Driver’s License and insurable with company’s agent.
• Candidate must be able to read and write in English.

Responsibilities

• Performs routine lawn care including mowing, edging, weeding, and seasonal spring/fall cleanups.
• Digs trenches, hauls and spreads materials (like topsoil, mulch, and gravel), finishes grades, and installs seed, sod, or plants.
• Safely loads, unloads, and operates landscaping equipment, performs basic maintenance on tools, and assists with material transport and snow removal.
• Arrives on time, follows supervisor directions, assists facilities staff on projects, and maintains a polite, professional demeanor with customers.
• Applies chemical treatments safely under the direct guidance of a licensed applicator.
