Job summary

Medxcel, Appleton, WI, is seeking a full-time Landscaping/Groundskeeper for St. Elizabeth Hospital. You will perform daily lawn care, edging, and seasonal cleanups, and assist with general grounds maintenance to keep the campus presentable for patients and staff.

Responsibilities include operating landscaping tools, basic maintenance, snow removal, and safe handling of materials. A valid driver’s license, ability to read and write English, and reliable attendance are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in the landscaping field.
• State Driver’s License and insurable with company’s agent.
• Candidate must be able to read and write in English.

Responsibilities

• Performs routine lawn care including mowing, edging, weeding, and seasonal spring/fall cleanups.
• Digs trenches, hauls and spreads materials (like topsoil, mulch, and gravel), finishes grades, and installs seed, sod, or plants.
• Safely loads, unloads, and operates landscaping equipment, performs basic maintenance on tools, and assists with material transport and snow removal.
• Arrives on time, follows supervisor directions, assists facilities staff on projects, and maintains a polite, professional demeanor with customers.
• Applies chemical treatments safely under the direct guidance of a licensed applicator.
