Qualifications

• Prior landscaping or lawn care experience preferred.
• Willing to complete training within 6 months.
• Able to work outdoors in all weather and lift 35–80 pounds.
• 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Be the boots on the ground delivering exceptional care to clients.
• Perform landscape maintenance tasks to high quality and service standards.
• Ensure daily wrap-up and prep for the next day.
• Communicate effectively with crew and customers.
