Starting pay is $23.00–$28.00 per hour, depending on experience. This seasonal position runs Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, through November and resumes in April, offering steady daytime hours and engaging outdoor work.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years minimum experience in landscaping, hardscaping, or earthwork.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Proficiency operating heavy equipment (skid steer, mini excavator, dump truck).
• Strong work ethic and physical capability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Execute residential and commercial landscape construction and hardscaping projects.
• Build concrete retaining walls, brick/paver patios, and paved walkways.
• Perform earthwork, site grading, soil preparation, and tree planting.
• Safely operate power equipment and heavy machinery, including skid steers, mini-excavators, and dump trucks.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure site safety, efficiency, and project quality.

Starting Pay:

$23.00 - $28.00 / hour (Based on experience)

Schedule:

Monday - Friday: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM (Seasonal position running through November, resuming in April)
