CW Resources, Inc. in Newport, RI is seeking a hands-on Landscaping Lead who enjoys the outdoors and helping others succeed. You’ll guide and train the crew while delivering high-quality landscape work yourself.

You’ll mow, trim, plant and perform general grounds maintenance, organize daily tasks, and ensure safety and quality. A valid driver's license and RealID are required, and you must be able to obtain government base access.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years landscaping experience or related outdoor work
• Valid driver’s license
• Valid RealID
• Ability to obtain government base access

Responsibilities

• Mow, trim, plant and perform general grounds maintenance
• Provide hands-on training and guidance to crew
• Organize daily tasks and keep work on track
• Demonstrate and enforce safety procedures
• Check quality of work and support the team to meet standards
• Answer questions and assist with day-to-day activities
• Keep tools and work areas clean and organized
• Communicate progress and issues to team and leadership
