Varsity Mulching is seeking energetic landscaping laborers for the Spring 2026 season in Bucks County. You will work under a Crew Lead to complete mulching, edging, and yard prep projects, gaining hands-on landscaping, teamwork, and leadership experience.

This role is suitable for college students or young professionals; both full-time and part-time positions are available, with opportunities to advance within the company as it grows nationally.

Qualifications

• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
• Physical ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn - no prior experience required.
• Ability to work well in a team and take direction.
• Valid driver's license preferred (not required).

Responsibilities

• Assist with mulching, weeding, edging, and yard preparation as directed by the Crew Lead.
• Operate basic landscaping tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized job site throughout the day.
• Follow instructions carefully to deliver high-quality work on schedule.
• Communicate and collaborate effectively with teammates to ensure smooth operations.
