About the Role

As an Irrigation Technician, you will ensure the organization's proper functioning and upkeep of facilities, equipment, and systems. You will perform routine maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and implement repairs to maximize operational efficiency and safety standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

What You Will Do

• Landscape or maintain grounds of property using hand or power tools or equipment.
• Perform tasks including sod laying, mowing, trimming, planting, watering, fertilizing, digging, raking, and sprinkler installation.
• Drive and operate trucks safely and responsibly, adhering to all regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Perform pre and post-trip safety checks of equipment and trailers, ensuring vehicles are in proper working order.
• Additional duties as assigned.

What You Will Need:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Active driver's license with three years of driving history is a plus.
• Dependable and reliable, ready to work.
• Ability to physically stand, bend, squat, and lift a minimum of 20 pounds.
• Ability to work in all weather conditions, such as heat and rain.
• Positive attitude and work ethic.
• Follow safety and company policies.
• Able to work independently or as an active member of a team.
• English and Spanish fluency a plus.
• Ability to operate machinery.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Compensation for this position is $28.00 - $32.00 hourly, depending on experience.
