U S Lawns of Roanoke is seeking a motivated Enhancement Crew Leader in Roanoke, VA. This full-time hourly role leads a team of enhancement technicians to complete garden bed maintenance, lawn aerations, mulching, and irrigation repairs.

You will assign tasks, train the crew, and ensure safety and quality on each project. The position offers a competitive wage of $16 to $20 per hour, paid weekly, with a comprehensive benefits package including healthcare, dental, and vision insurance, paid time

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in landscape enhancement or related field.
• Prior experience leading a team preferred.

Responsabilidades

Job Summary:

U S Lawns of Roanoke is seeking a motivated and skilled individual to join our team as an Enhancement Crew Leader. As a full-time hourly Technician/Skilled Labor/Contractor in the franchise industry, you will be responsible for leading a team of enhancement technicians and ensuring the successful completion of various enhancement projects for our clients. This individual contributor role is based in Roanoke, Virginia and offers a competitive compensation of $16 to $20 per hour, paid weekly.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of enhancement technicians in completing various projects, including garden bed maintenance, lawn aerations, mulching, and irrigation repairs
• Assign tasks and delegate responsibilities to team members

• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and expectations for each project
• Monitor and maintain inventory of necessary equipment, tools, and supplies for enhancement projects

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 1 year experience in landscape enhancement or related field
• Prior experience leading a team preferred
• Strong understanding of landscaping techniques and principles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of equipment and tools used in landscaping and irrigation repairs
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and lift up to 50 pounds
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
