Job summary

Reichlynenterprises in Pennsylvania is seeking a landscape maintenance worker. Responsibilities include weed control, plant replacement, and tree trimming. Ideal candidates will have a valid driver's license, punctuality, and be able to work long hours during peak seasons.

The position offers a starting compensation of $13.00 per hour, with uniforms provided. Full-time commitment (40+ hours) is required, including some Saturdays. Reports directly to the Landscape Manager.

• Maintain weed control, plant replacement, and tree trimming.
• Mulch, plant flowers and shrubs, and trim/prune bushes.
• Remove dying or diseased trees and shrubs.

Job description

Duties

• Maintaining weed control, growth and plant replacement and tree trimming.
• Mulching, planting flowers and shrubs, trimming/pruning bushes and edging/redefining beds.
• Gravel installation.
• Weed and pesticide application.
• Using backpack blowers, gas hedge trimmers and numerous hand tools to perform daily tasks.
• Remove dying, diseased or damaged trees and shrubs.

Reports directly to Landscape Manager.

Compensation

If hired, will begin with $13.00 an hour compensation for entry level. We pay bi-weekly.

Uniforms (t-shirts) will be provided and must be worn professionally to the company's standards.

Qualifications

• Must be able to drive to work or have a means of transportation.
• Must be punctual, presentable (clean personal hygiene) and have good manners.
• Must be willing to work long hours during the peak times (7 AM to 6 PM in the extreme – rare, but happens during summer after rain out days).
• Valid Driver's License.
• Expect respect, punctuality, and professionalism; not only to us, but most importantly our clients.
• Able to work full time (40+ hours per week), Monday through Friday, with availability on some Saturdays during peak seasons and due to rain setbacks.
