Key Responsibilities:

Operate landscaping equipment including weed eaters, blowers, sprayers, mowers, etc.

Perform manual labor tasks such as mulching, trimming, edging, and cleanup

Work outdoors in varying weather conditions (heat, rain, cold)

Follow job instructions with minimal supervision

Maintain professional conduct and a strong work ethic on-site


Requirements:

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Reliable personal transportation to and from job sites

Physically able to lift, bend, and work on your feet for extended periods

No drug use or alcohol consumption during work hours

Punctual, respectful, and able to stay off the phone while working


Preferred Qualifications:

Previous landscaping or lawn care experience

Ability to communicate effectively with the team and clients

Familiarity with safety practices and equipment maintenance
