Job description

You’d be responsible for:

1. Attaining efficiency and client standards
2. Conducting site inspections, providing hands-on leadership, and guiding soil, planting, watering, and insect control
3. Driving and maintaining vehicles, training personnel with a strong emphasis on safety, handling schedules, and reviewing charts and reports

You might be a good fit if you have:

• 2+ years of landscape install experience
• Minimum 1 year managing a 2+ person crew
• Natural born citizen, able to pass Homeland Security background check and drug test
• At least one year of lawn care and landscaping experience; supervisory experience preferred

And while not mandatory, it would be great if you also have:

• Driver’s license with a good record, strong leadership, and familiarity with landscaping techniques and equipment
• Ability to handle physical work: weather conditions, heavy lifting (30-80 pounds), and extensive walking
• CDL license
• Reliable transportation
• Experience operating equipment (skid steer, excavator, backhoe, etc.)
• Ability to read architectural drawings
• Strong leadership skills
• Ability to work well with others
