Base pay range

$19.00/hr - $22.00/hr

We’re looking for a Crew Leader. This is NOT an entry-level position and requires at least 1 year of Landscaping Crew Leader work experience at a verifiable company and a Valid Driver’s License with a Chauffeur’s endorsement (Chauffeur’s License). The pay rate depends on your previous experience and certifications, starting at $19 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Performance & Quality:
• Oversee daily site operations and delegate work to crew members
• Maintain schedules and ensure service expectations are met
• Identify ways to improve work efficiency
• Client Satisfaction:
• Address client concerns proactively and escalate to the Production Manager as needed
• Crew Management:
• Provide feedback on crew members to the Production Manager
• Assist in training and developing crew members
• Accurately log crew time
• Safety:
• Ensure safe work practices and compliance with policies
• Maintain and service equipment regularly
• Log equipment usage and maintenance

Qualifications

• Equivalent experience in a landscape-related field
