Here’s What You’d Do

You would lead and coordinate a team of 2-5 members, ensuring tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and to quality standards. Our crew leaders oversee various service lines, including maintenance, landscape installation, irrigation, seasonal color management, and chemical applications.

You’d Be Responsible For

• Performance & Quality:
• Managing daily site operations and delegating tasks
• Maintaining schedules and meeting service expectations
• Finding ways to improve work efficiency
• Client Satisfaction:
• Addressing client concerns with the Production Manager and helping resolve issues
• Crew Management:
• Providing feedback on crew performance
• Assisting in training and development of crew members
• Submitting accurate crew time logs
• Safety:
• Ensuring safe work practices and adherence to policies
• Maintaining equipment and scheduling preventive maintenance
• Logging equipment use and maintenance cycles
