STARTING RATE OF PAY IS $20 PER HOUR AND COULD INCREASE DEPENDING ON PREVIOUS WORK EXPERIENCE AND CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES YOU HOLD.

This is NOT an entry-level position and requires 2 years of previous Landscaping Crew Leader experience.

OTHER MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS OF THE ROLE:

• Valid Driver's License: Applicants must hold a valid driver’s license.
• Chauffeur’s Endorsement: A chauffeur’s endorsement or chauffeur’s license is preferred.
• DDOT Medical card: Preferred; candidate already holds one. If not, you must pass a medical exam including a drug test (Federal requirement).

Here’s what you’d do:

You’d use your leadership skills to direct 2-5 team members, ensuring tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and to quality standards. Our crew leaders oversee crews across various service lines, including maintenance, landscape installation, irrigation, seasonal color management, and chemical applications.

You’d be responsible for:

• Performance & Quality: Overseeing daily site operations, delegating work, maintaining schedules, and improving work efficiency.
• Client Satisfaction: Addressing client concerns with the Production Manager and helping resolve issues.
• Crew Management: Providing feedback, assisting in training, and submitting accurate time logs.
• Safety: Ensuring safe work practices, equipment maintenance, and logging equipment usage.
