Job summary

Stay Green Inc. in California is seeking a Crew Leader to direct and supervise landscape crews on daily jobs, ensuring safety and efficiency.

You will train crew members, coordinate tasks, and maintain high levels of client satisfaction. Must have 1+ year directing crews, CA Class C license, fluent in English and Spanish. In-person work.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience directing crews
• Valid California Class C driver's license; Class B preferred; safe driving record
• Bilingual in English and Spanish; able to read/write/speak both languages

EXPERIENCE & TRAINING:

The Crew Leader must have at least one year of experience in directing crews and jobs and have a valid Class “C” California Driver’s License, but Class “B” is preferred, with a safe driving record as required by our insurance company standards. Also, have the ability to perform multiple tasks, meet critical deadlines, and possess technical knowledge of commercial and landscape maintenance practices. Crew Leader also needs to have technical knowledge of commercial landscape maintenance practices and basic knowledge of irrigation. The Crew Leader will also have the ability to read, write, and speak English and Spanish.
