Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of gardening or landscaping experience.
• Valid CA Driver's License.
• Ability to communicate in Spanish and willingness to learn English.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift and push up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of landscape maintenance workers, ensuring daily tasks are completed efficiently and safely.
• Drive the crew to job sites and oversee the daily clocking in and out of team members.
• Perform general lawn maintenance duties, including applying fertilizers, maintaining landscape design, and removing weeds and dead plants.
• Train team members in aesthetic and safety pruning of trees and plants.
• Ensure team safety and adherence to daily schedules.
• Communicate effectively with team members in both Spanish and English.
