Job summary

BrightView is seeking a Crew Leader to manage site-level tasks on client sites. You will direct a small crew (2-5) to complete maintenance, installation, and related services safely and to BrightView’s quality standards.

You’ll oversee day-to-day operations, coordinate with the Operations Manager, and train crew members while ensuring equipment is maintained and logs are accurately recorded. This role emphasizes leadership in a hands-on landscape environment.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership among the team and peers.
• Experience in a landscape-related field.
• BrightView Equipment certifications.
• Driver’s License required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a schedule and ensure service expectations are met.
• Direct the work of 2-5 employees and ensure safety and quality.
• Coordinate service execution with Operations Manager.
• Oversee day-to-day site operations and delegate tasks.
• Train crew members and provide performance feedback.
