Job description

A crew is looking for a reliable driver-worker for landscaping and snow removal, mostly in the north and central parts of Chicago. No experience needed — training from scratch.

Pay (choose one):

1099: $22–25/hour depending on experience; snow work also paid hourly; no deductions, you pay your own taxes. W-2: slightly lower rate, but the company pays half of Social Security and Medicare, paid sick leave and vacation, workers' comp, unemployment eligibility, official income, weekly quality bonus. You can start on 1099 and switch to W-2 later.

Winter guarantee:

on 1099, at least $1,000/month in December, January and February if you take all snow calls; on W-2 discussed at hiring. $300 end-of-season bonus for working all snow events through March 30.
