• Reliability and punctuality for 7:00 AM start and winter hours.
• Must be able to perform physically demanding outdoor work.

Responsibilities

• Participate in snow and ice removal by serving on walkway crews, shoveling, plowing, and salting.
• Operate winter loaders and salt/brine trucks for winter operations (advanced candidates).
• Perform daily landscape maintenance in summer: mowing, edging, weeding, mulching, pruning.
• Complete seasonal groundskeeping tasks including Spring/Fall cleanups.
• Maintain a clean, safe, professional worksite on every job site.
• Cross-train in other service departments to support operations.

Compensation & Benefits

• $17.00 - $25.00 per hour, based on experience.
• Higher pay ranges available for candidates who possess a valid CDL.

Requirements

• Hold a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record to safely operate company trucks and equipment.
• Demonstrate mechanical inclination to effectively assist with equipment operations.
• Demonstrate exceptional reliability and dependability, ready to start the workday promptly at 7:00 AM daily and varied winter storm hours.
• Exhibit the physical stamina necessary to perform demanding outdoor work.
