Job summary

Hotel Valley Ho, part of Pyramid Global Hospitality in Scottsdale, seeks a landscaper to support exterior grounds at our 241-room property and meeting spaces. This outdoor role focuses on turf, beds, and landscape features to create a world-class guest experience.

You will operate equipment, plant and water, perform upkeep, and assist with irrigation. We value reliability, safety, and a team‑oriented mindset in a premier hospitality setting.

Responsibilities

• Operate powered equipment in mowing specified areas including resort ground turf areas.
• Water and fertilize turf areas and planting beds.
• Grade and prepares soil, plant beds, lay sod, and plant vegetative material.
• Assist in cultivation practices dealing with all turf areas.
• Perform routine maintenance and/or renovation.
• Perform a variety of labor duties including sting trimming, edging, pruning, top-dressing, hazard maintenance, divot repair, and drainage tasks.
• Support irrigation maintenance duties such as irrigation head trimming, valve trimming, PVC pipe repairs, head leveling, and minor electrical tasks.
• Operate mechanical loaders in moving soil, debris, and other materials.
• Support the mechanic in lubrication and minor service repairs to equipment.
• Participate as support staff on any special projects.
• Report all abnormalities on the resort landscaping such as damage disease, insects, debris, etc.
• Support other departments as needed and as opportunities arise.
• Assist in all housekeeping duties of the Maintenance facility.

What you will have an opportunity to do:

We are looking for a someone who loves to work outdoors, who is highly motivated, and detail oriented to join our team as a Landscaper! In this role, you will play a key part in creating a world‑class experience for our guests! You will perform routine labor involved in maintenance and landscaping, and related work. You will be working closely with different members of our team, so you will need to quick on your feet and have an engaging attitude.
