ELS is hiring for the position of Landscaper/Groundskeeper in Ocean View, New Jersey.

What you’ll do:

The Landscaper handles the maintenance of lawn equipment and partners with the maintenance staff to ensure that the property meets the company’s landscaping standards.

Your job will include:

1. Maintain grounds and common areas and remove all trash and debris.
2. Mow and trim lawns, sites and bushes.
3. Monitor and control inventory and/or supplies.
4. Report landscaping concerns to the Maintenance Manager.

Experience & skills you’ll need:

1. 1+ year of landscaping experience.
2. Familiarity with mowers, weed-whackers and other trimming equipment.
3. Valid driver’s license, good driving record and current auto insurance.
4. Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
