Job summary

Columbia Hospitality is seeking a Landscaper/Groundskeeper for Bar Run Golf & RV Resort in Roseburg, Oregon, to maintain our expansive grounds and ensure pristine outdoor spaces for guests. You will operate hand and power tools safely, manage multiple tasks across the property, and collaborate with a hospitality-driven team to deliver exceptional outdoor experiences along the South Umpqua River.

Qualifications

• Must have a general understanding of landscaping.
• Ability to operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
• Flexible and able to perform multiple tasks in stressful situations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the landscaping grounds and other general upkeep.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and proper maintenance of tools and equipment.
• Keep workspaces clean and organize tools and spare parts.
• Complete delegated work orders in a timely, professional manner.
• Address unsafe conditions immediately.

What Success Looks Like:

Your Impact

• Maintain the landscaping grounds and other general upkeep.
• Ensure the security, cleanliness, preventative maintenance and repair of all department tools, equipment and safety features are in accordance of established procedures.
• Ensure all work spaces are kept in a clean and orderly manner and storing all tools, equipment and spare parts in proper location.
• Responsible for the proper treatment and care of tools and equipment used to perform tasks.
• Responsible to complete delegated work orders in a timely and professional manner.
• Reports and addresses unsafe conditions immediately.
• Other tasks as assigned.

What You Bring

• Must have a general understanding of landscaping.
• Must have knowledge and the ability to operate tools, hand tools and power tools in a safe and efficient manner.
• Must be flexible and able to perform multiple tasks and work in stressful situations
