Base pay range

$17.00/hr - $20.00/hr

Pay starting at $17 per hour but can and will likely go up from there based on previous work experience and licenses/certifications you have.

Candidates with a driver's license will receive priority over those without, and candidates with a chauffeur's or for-hire endorsement will receive preference over all others. Prior experience will also be a factor in prioritization.

Here’s What You’d Do

You’d create beautiful environments by providing landscape maintenance support to various properties. You’d safely operate commercial landscaping equipment and ensure the upkeep of plant material and other landscaping elements.

You’d Be Responsible For

• Cutting turf, trimming and edging along borders, and blowing using power equipment
• Pruning shrubs and low trees to improve growth or remove damaged branches
• Planting and maintaining flowerbeds, and applying mulch
• Picking up trash and debris
• Performing weeding by hand or using tools
• Maintaining a polite, friendly, responsive demeanor with guests and customers

You Might Be a Good Fit If

• You’re at least 18 years old
• You’re enthusiastic and dependable
• You can safely work with equipment like power saws and cutters
• Landscapers operating a BrightView fleet vehicle must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
