TalentMovers is hiring a Landscape Laborer to support multiple job sites in central Massachusetts. The role involves professional landscaping, grounds maintenance, and travel between sites, with a 40‑hour week and a 7:00 AM–3:30 PM schedule.

Applicants need at least 2 years of landscaping experience, a valid driver’s license and the ability to work outdoors in varied weather. Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus; reliable, punctual teamwork is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of professional landscaping experience required.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Experience driving a truck with a trailer required.
• Ability to travel between approximately 5–10 job sites per day.
• Spanish-English bilingual ability preferred.
• Approximately 60% English proficiency preferred.
• Ability to perform physically demanding outdoor work.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a crew.
• Standard background check required.

Position Details

Role: Landscape Laborer

Pay Rate

• $18–$22 per hour , based on experience

Schedule

• Approximately 40 hours per week
• Monday through Friday
• 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• Overtime available based on operational needs
• Hours are tracked through a workforce timekeeping application

Housing & Relocation Support

• Housing coordination available
• Temporary hotel accommodation may be arranged if permanent housing is not immediately available
• Housing is expected to be located close to the work area whenever possible
