Pay Range

This range is provided by BrightView Landscapes. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.

Base pay range: $17.00/hr - $21.00/hr

Starting Rate: $17 per hour, with potential increases based on experience and certifications/licenses.

Minimum Requirements

• Valid Driver's License
• Chauffeur’s/For Hire Endorsement (preferred)

Responsibilities

Provide landscape maintenance support for various properties. Safely operate commercial landscaping equipment and maintain plant and landscape elements.

• Prepare trucks, load equipment, and ensure safety protocols.
• Perform maintenance tasks such as mowing, edging, pruning, debris removal, planting, watering, and mulching.
• Maintain equipment, including washing, blade changes, oil, filters, and greasing.
• Perform heavy lifting and operate hand and power tools safely.
• Work in challenging conditions, including extreme heat and long hours.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s license
• Experience in lawn care preferred
• Ability to operate lawn machinery and vehicles
• Bilingual English/Spanish (preferred)
• Ability to work under extreme conditions and long hours
