Job summary

The Davey Tree Expert Company is hiring a Landscaper to help maintain outdoor spaces for residential, governmental, and commercial properties. This on-site Wilmington, DE role offers a pay range of $21-$27 per hour depending on experience and a dynamic, safety‑minded team environment.

You will perform grounds maintenance, plant, trim, mow, weed, mulch and fertilize, and diagnose turf conditions while communicating with clients and management to meet landscape needs.

Qualifications

• Love of the outdoors.
• Ability to complete the Davey landscape career development books.
• Ability to complete the Davey first aid, CPR and defensive driving course upon hire.
