Superior Ground Maintenance, LLC in Oakville, Connecticut seeks individuals to fill positions on our mowing and landscape crews. These positions include a wide range of property maintenance & landscaping work. Overtime and occasional weekend work may be required, depending on workload and weather. We seek career-minded individuals who can work as a team and have a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Weekly mowing service
• Cleaning up commercial properties
• Installation of plants and flowers
• Bed maintenance
• Mulching & pruning
• Seasonal cleanups
• Snow plowing, snow shoveling, and removal in the winter months

General Requirements

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Willing to train
• Ability to use a wide range of mowing & landscape equipment safely and proficiently daily
• Capable of driving a truck with a trailer
• Reliable transportation to work
• Ability to work in various weather conditions
• Be able to follow instructions and work well with others
• Able to work longer hours and Saturdays, depending on the workload and weather conditions
