Job summary

Auberge Resorts Collection in Santa Fe is seeking a landscaper to help create beauty across our luxury grounds while maintaining the property to high standards.

You will work as part of the landscaping team, keeping paths, fountains, and features pristine, with a focus on safety and quality. This role requires physical work outdoors and a commitment to premium guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Must be able to maneuver in a landscaping environment.
• Frequently lift up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 75 pounds.
• Experience in landscaping or willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, repair and beautify the property as part of the landscaping team
• Provide upkeep of grounds, sidewalks, fountains, and other features
• Understand and practice safety in all work circumstances
• Report any issues with equipment
• Comfortable working within a landscape setting with exposure to various types of plants, materials and weather conditions
• Operate landscape maintenance and construction hand tools and other equipment
