Position: Landscaping Technician (Stormwater)
Location: Oklahoma City, OK
Compensation: $18.00 - $21.00 an hour depending on experience and qualifications
Schedule: Full Time, 40-55 hours per week (Monday - Friday, overtime opportunities)
Travel: Required (typically 5-10 days per month, M-F only). Eligible for our Travel Bonus and per diem!

Role Overview

We're hiring a Landscape Technician (Stormwater) to play a key role in providing landscaping and maintenance expertise to service our clients' stormwater infrastructure on commercial properties. This position is crucial for our Stormwater team's success. If you have prior experience in Landscaping, Lawn Maintenance, Construction, Groundskeeping, or enjoy working outdoors, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Routine landscape maintenance and light repairs of stormwater systems and infrastructure (retention ponds, detention basins, drainage ditches, stormwater grates, and other assets).
• Perform mowing, weed-trimming, debris removal, ground maintenance, cleanup, light construction, and repairs for client properties.
• Operate landscaping and light construction equipment.
• Travel from the shop to client sites locally and regionally using the company truck. Typically 5-10 days per month (Monday - Friday).

Qualifications:

• At least 1-2 years of outdoor labor experience (landscaping, lawn maintenance, utilities, construction, grounds maintenance, or similar).
• Must pass pre-employment screenings. We are a drug-free workplace.
• Valid driver's license, safe driving record, reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel.
• Understanding of landscaping equipment and materials.
• Ability to perform physical tasks and work in various weather conditions.
