Job description

4 Seasons Landscaping
Landscape Technician / Commercial Snow Removal Technician
Build Great Outdoor Spaces--and Help Keep Commercial Properties Safe

4 Seasons Landscaping is hiring a full-time Landscape Technician / Commercial Snow Removal Technician to join our growing team in the Flathead Valley.

We build and maintain high-quality residential and commercial landscapes, including planting, irrigation, sod and turf work, hardscape support, landscape renovations, lawn care, and general property improvements. During the winter season, we also provide professional commercial snow-removal and ice-control services that help keep our clients' properties safe, accessible, and professionally maintained.

We take pride in doing the job right, treating clients' properties with respect, and leaving every project better than we found it.

This is a hands-on outdoor position for someone who enjoys physical work, likes seeing visible results at the end of the day, and wants to develop real skills in landscaping, equipment operation, property maintenance, and commercial snow removal. You will work with an experienced crew, use professional equipment, learn new techniques, and help create and maintain outdoor spaces that our clients are proud of.

As we transition into the winter season, this position may also support our commercial snow-removal operations. Winter work is driven by weather conditions and client needs, so hours and schedules may vary. The right candidate is reliable, flexible, and prepared to work when snow events require support, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and occasional extended shifts.

At 4 Seasons Landscaping, we are looking for people who want more than a short-term job. We are building a professional team with opportunities for dependable, motivated employees to grow their skills, take on more responsibility, and advance within the company.
