Job summary

MSNW in Washington is seeking a Full-time Landscape Technician to maintain client properties, operate power equipment, and report maintenance needs. The role emphasizes safe, clean, and efficient outdoor environments.

The position offers Mon-Thu 7:00 AM–5:00 PM, $19.13–$22.00 per hour, and benefits including health care, PTO, and flexible schedules. A valid driver's license and ability to lift up to 75 lbs are required.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Must be reliable, punctual and able to work in a team environment.
• Physically capable of long periods of standing and strenuous tasks (lift up to 75 lbs).
• 2+ years landscaping experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Mow, weed, prune, edge, blow, rake, sod, seed, and fertilize client properties.
• Operate lawn care equipment: mowers, riding mowers, edgers, chainsaws, blowers.
• Maintain and service equipment: change blades, oil, filters, belts.
• Edge curbs, sidewalks, driveways; clear landscape debris; pick up trash.
• Recommend improvements to improve quality and efficiency of operations.
