Essential Job Functions

• Operate and maintain lawn maintenance equipment, including mowers, edgers, string trimmers, hedge trimmers, power blowers, rakes, shovels, wheelbarrows, and backpack sprayers.
• Exhibit a positive team member attitude.
• Work efficiently to provide high-quality services to Duval Landscape clients.
• Wear approved personal protective equipment (PPE) and uniforms as directed by management.
• Ensure all work is performed safely and in accordance with company policies.
• Have reliable transportation to and from the shop location.
