Qualifications

• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions and performing physically active work.
• Able to lift and move landscaping equipment and materials as needed.
• Comfortable using basic landscaping tools.
• Valid driver's license and ability to commute to Gibsonia, PA 15044.
• Landscaping experience, including mowing, edging, pruning, or trimming, is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain commercial lawns, gardens, and outdoor areas through mowing, edging, trimming, pruning, and mulching.
• Plant flowers, shrubs, trees, and ground cover to enhance client properties.
• Complete seasonal cleanups to keep outdoor spaces neat and attractive.
• Assist with irrigation checks and basic landscape system maintenance.
• Safely operate landscaping hand tools and power equipment, including shovels, rakes, trimmers, and saws.
• Work with team members to complete daily tasks efficiently, safely, and to client expectations in varying weather conditions.
