Job summary

Coastal Talent Solutions is seeking an experienced Landscape Superintendent to lead residential landscape installations across McDonough, Locust Grove, and nearby markets. The role covers coordinating crews, schedules, and site plans while traveling to active sites as needed.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in production-style residential landscapes, strong leadership, and the ability to read landscape plans. Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus and a valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of landscape installation leadership or superintendent experience.
• Experience managing production-style residential landscape installations.
• Bilingual Spanish/English is a major plus.
• Strong reading of site and landscape plans preferred.
• Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
• Willingness to travel regionally and tolerate windshield time.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily landscape installation operations across multiple residential communities.
• Manage field crews performing sod, irrigation, trees, shrubs, mulch, and landscape installs.
• Coordinate manpower, schedules, materials, and deliveries.
• Travel between McDonough, Locust Grove and Macon markets to support field teams.
• Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to builder specs.
• Conduct quality-control walks and resolve punch list items.
• Communicate with project managers, builders, vendors, and leadership teams.
• Monitor production schedules and ensure deadlines are met.
• Troubleshoot field issues and maintain crew productivity.
• Train and mentor crew leaders and field personnel.

Job Details:

We are seeking an experienced Landscape Superintendent to oversee residential new construction landscape installation projects throughout the McDonough / Locust Grove, GA market. While the majority of work will be centered around the McDonough and Locust Grove area, this position will also require travel to active projects in the Macon market as business needs dictate. A company truck is provided, and candidates should be comfortable with regular windshield time.

This individual will manage field crews, coordinate schedules, maintain quality standards, and ensure projects stay on schedule across multiple active subdivisions.

The ideal candidate has experience managing production-style residential landscape installations and understands how to operate efficiently in fast-moving builder environments with tight deadlines and multiple active communities.

Bilingual Spanish/English communication skills are a major plus for this role.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily landscape installation operations across multiple residential communities


• Manage field crews performing sod, irrigation, tree, shrub, mulch, and landscape installations


• Coordinate manpower, schedules, materials, and deliveries


• Travel between active job sites throughout the McDonough, Locust Grove, and Macon markets to oversee operations and support field teams


• Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to builder specifications


• Conduct quality-control walks and resolve punch list items


• Communicate with project managers, builders, vendors, and internal leadership teams


• Monitor production schedules and ensure deadlines are consistently met


• Troubleshoot field issues and help crews maintain productivity


• Train and mentor crew leaders and field personnel


• Help maintain a strong culture of accountability, urgency, and teamwork

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of landscape installation leadership or superintendent experience


• Experience overseeing residential new construction or subdivision landscape projects strongly preferred


• Strong knowledge of landscape installation practices, irrigation systems, sod installation, and plant materials


• Ability to read site plans and landscape plans preferred


• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills


• Comfortable managing multiple active projects simultaneously


• Comfortable with regular regional travel and windshield time


• Bilingual Spanish/English skills are a major plus


• Valid driver's license required
