Job summary

Coastal Talent Solutions is seeking a Landscape Superintendent for residential installation in the Fairburn, GA area. The role oversees landscape installs, irrigation work, and coordination across multiple communities.

A company truck is provided and occasional travel to Macon markets is required. The ideal candidate brings 3+ years of field leadership in production homebuilder landscapes, strong planning and communication skills, and comfort with fast-paced schedules and safety standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of landscape installation leadership or superintendent experience.
• Experience overseeing residential new construction or subdivision landscape projects preferred.
• Strong knowledge of landscape installation practices, irrigation systems, sod installation, and plant materials.
• Ability to read site plans and landscape plans preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Willingness to travel regionally, with windshield time.
• Bilingual Spanish/English is a major plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily landscape installation operations across multiple residential communities
• Manage field crews performing sod, irrigation, tree, shrub, mulch, and landscape installations
• Coordinate manpower, schedules, materials, and deliveries
• Travel between Fairburn and Macon markets to oversee operations
• Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to builder specs
• Conduct quality-control walks and resolve punch list items
• Communicate with project managers, builders, vendors, and leadership
• Monitor production schedules and meet deadlines
• Troubleshoot field issues and help crews stay productive
• Train and mentor crew leaders and field personnel
• Maintain culture of accountability, urgency, teamwork

Job Details:

We are seeking an experienced Landscape Superintendent to oversee residential new construction landscape installation projects throughout the Fairburn, GA market. While the majority of work will be centered around the Fairburn area, this position will also require travel to active projects in the Macon market as business needs dictate. A company truck is provided, and candidates should be comfortable with regular windshield time.

This individual will manage field crews, coordinate schedules, maintain quality standards, and ensure projects stay on schedule across multiple active subdivisions.

The ideal candidate has experience managing production-style residential landscape installations and understands how to operate efficiently in fast-moving builder environments with tight deadlines and multiple active communities.

Bilingual Spanish/English communication skills are a major plus for this role.

• Travel between active job sites throughout the Fairburn and Macon markets to oversee operations and support field teams
• Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to builder specifications
• Conduct quality-control walks and resolve punch list items
• Communicate with project managers, builders, vendors, and internal leadership teams
• Monitor production schedules and ensure deadlines are consistently met
• Troubleshoot field issues and help crews maintain productivity
• Train and mentor crew leaders and field personnel
• Help maintain a strong culture of accountability, urgency, and teamwork

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of landscape installation leadership or superintendent experience
• Experience overseeing residential new construction or subdivision landscape projects strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of landscape installation practices, irrigation systems, sod installation, and plant materials

• Comfortable with regular regional travel and windshield time
• Bilingual Spanish/English skills are a major plus
• Valid driver's license required
